In order to reduce overhead and allow for efficient feature development of an early stage product, Giide was created with React Native—consolidating both the iOS and Android applications into one centralized codebase.

A flexible JSON data structure was developed, allowing different media types to be displayed to users as they progress through each lesson.

The intitial codebase is still in use today, providing Giides (now) internal development team with a strong foundation to build upon as their product continues to mature.
